Factory direct copies are printed on demand and shipped directly to you from the production facility. Shipping times range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the selected option. The pricing reflects the order processing time required for printing. Factory direct shipments are delivered via ground service and do not include bookmarks or special packaging.
Author-signed copies feature special packaging, additional items, and a personalized note from the author. Books may be signed from existing inventory or printed by the warehouse, sent to the author for signing, then repackaged and shipped to the recipient. This process adds no more than 2 business days to the total shipping time and may be faster than factory direct shipping if the author has books available.
